Senator Halford requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(FIN) An Act relating to                          
voter registration and to state election administration; and providing         
for an effective date be taken up at this time.                                
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(FIN) was before                        
the Senate on reconsideration.                                                 
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 211(FIN) An Act relating to voter registration                  
and to state election administration; and providing for an effective
